What does the fundraising process look like?
1. Apply for Your Fundraiser
Complete our fundraiser application through the link below. Once your fundraiser is approved, we’ll work with you to get everything ready, including your punch cards and campaign dates.
2. Get Your Punch Cards
Your organization purchases punch cards from Suburban Sip for $22.50 each and sells them to supporters for $30 each.
Your organization keeps the $7.50 difference from every card sold. And because you keep your fundraising dollars as you sell the cards, there’s no waiting for a payout!
3. Sell Your Cards
Sell your punch cards for $30 each and watch the fundraising dollars add up!
Each card includes 6 punches, and every punch can be redeemed for one eligible 32 oz. drink, including:
- Any 32 oz. soda menu item, or
- A custom soda with up to 2 syrups + 1 cream or 1 boba flavor
That means your supporters get 6 drinks for their $30, while your organization earns $7.50 for every card sold.
4. Wrap Up Your Fundraiser
When your campaign ends, simply return any eligible unsold punch cards to Suburban Sip by your agreed-upon return date. We’ll reimburse your organization $22.50 for each eligible unsold card returned, less one $10 flat restocking fee per fundraiser.
